The kitchen opened for the first time.
Low lights. Stainless steel reflections. Heavy frequencies moving through the room until the walls started to breathe with the crowd.

MENU 01 was more than a night out.
It was a closed-circle broadcast built around rhythm, tension and movement — where the booth, the crowd and the space became part of the same signal.

Ledi Cannit and Sezer Arslan delivered the first menu with raw energy, underground heat and no distractions.
